The most popular size for a business envelope is DL (110mm x 220mm).

We print a range of other standard envelope sizes including C6, C5, C4 and C3. A standard material choice is White Bond or Manilla (brown) but we also provide Recycled options on special request.

Self seal or gummed sealing options are available on most of our envelopes. Please indicate your preference in the box provided.

Shetland Litho to typeset text, using hard copy supplied by you, and impose to printer's imposition. Shetland Litho to produce artwork to your rough layout using text supplied on disk as a Microsoft Word file and images supplied as suitable high resolution jpeg or tiff files. Impose to printer's imposition and output from fully imposed (eg Quarkxpress file), with all CMYK enabled high resolution images in place, supplied on disk by you. Impose to printer's imposition and output from print-ready pdf files, with all CMYK enabled high resolution images in place, supplied on disk by you.
